Why is that?

Because that’s going to determine your effectiveness as a coach, the impact ,your success in business and delivering for your clients.

Yesterday I was talking about overcoming a lack of belief in your coaching when you are just starting out.

Part of what would help you have unshakable belief and confidence in your coaching is being aligned with it.

One of my clients Veronika in my program has been able to figure out her coaching niche which I am super happy for her.

With her newfound coaching niche, she is feeling her authentic self and can speak her truth.

If one is feeling like that with their coaching, that’s when you know that their coaching is aligned with them.

Be sure that you are aligned with your coaching to achieve greater impact as a coach.
