Not having any traction with coaching pic

But I am not.
I donโt know what I am doing wrong, I am feeling frustrated.
This is a common talk I hear from coaches sometimes.
The problem with this kind of thinking is that it is a trap itself that you need to be careful of because it could take you out.
It nearly got me in my early days.
ย Itโs a trap that you are putting yourself into because it makes you think that youโve done enough to get things working but things are just not working for you.
The truth is, you havenโt done enough because if you did, things would be working for you and youโll have traction.
If you are not having traction or things not working out for you itโs because you havenโt done enough to get them working or you havenโt done them long enough to have figure out to do them correctly in order to get them working.ย
So you just have to keep working at it until you get it working instead of feeling frustrated and think youโve done enough when you clearly not.
